I Go To School

This Interactive Reading Book, by Joan Green, is designed to be used on many levels.  Utilizing the power of visual strategies, beginning readers learn to associate pictures with words. Students move original, Velcro-backed drawings to match, identify, label, sequence and create sentences while learning to read! INTERACTIVE READING BOOKS are fun and rewarding for children with and without special needs. Age 1+.

I Go To School teaches activities and the vocabulary of a school day. The pictures in this book resemble a visual schedule. Aside from matching, identifying, labeling, creating sentences and learning to read, the children can also use the pictures to answer simple questions. If the child is verbal he can respond verbally, if non-verbal the child can point to a picture. (ex: What do you do with a pencil? Answer: Write)
