How long will it take to receive my shipment?
It usually takes 7-10 days to receive your shipment from the time we receive your order. We ship either FedEx Ground or US Postal Service. Packages ship from California and take a little bit longer to reach the East Coast. We appreciate your patience.
How can I order?
You can order via the website shopping cart. We also accept orders via fax (760) 798-4761, phone toll free (800) 490-5913 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do order by fax, we would greatly appreciate if you include your email address on the purchase order so that we can email your invoice. The quickest way is to order on our website and the second way is by emailing sales@sayitright,org.
Do you accept business or school purchase orders?
Yes, we do. Please email school or business purchase orders to email@example.com.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We accept checks, money orders, and purchase orders from businesses and school districts.
How can I pay by check?
To pay by check, use the blank order form or use the shopping cart. To use the shopping cart, proceed like you would to make an on-line order. Select the items you wish to purchase and simply print out a copy of the completed shopping cart.

How much are shipping costs?
Our shipping is priced on a base handling charge (which covers insurance) and a per item shipping charge. The base charge is $10.48 The per item charge is 99¢ for each item. The first item is $10.48 Add 99¢ for any additional items.
Do you have an order form I can download?
The best way to ensure you get the most accurate information is to shop online. If you need a hard copy, simply print out your shopping cart.

Why am I getting an error message saying my zip code is in error?
For security, our system is set-up to verify the billing address of your credit card before processing. If there is a discrepancy, your credit card cannot be accepted. To avoid error messages, please ensure you enter the correct billing address.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your full purchase price at your discretion. Any returned items that are not damaged in shipping must be returned in a sellable condition to receive full credit. Unless it is our error or the material is damaged, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. See Customer Service page for a more detailed description of our return policy.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do. If ordering via the website, select "Canada" in the shipping options field of the shopping cart. For orders to Canada we ship via US Postal Service to Canada Post. Note: Additional customs charges and other fees may be applied by Canadian Customs. These charges are not created by or paid to Say It Right and are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for customers refusing delivery of orders due to customs charges.
Do you ship to Internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. If ordering via the website, select "International" in the shipping options field of the shopping cart. For international orders we ship via US Postal Service to your national postal service.
What is a "digital download" and how do I get a digital download?
A digital download is an electronic copy in portable document format (PDF) that you download directly from Say It Right to your computer. Using this technology provides some substantial benefits to you, our customer, including faster access to products and no shipping costs. Additionally, on some select products (in lieu of CD-ROMs), digital downloads are included as part of the purchase price. This allows instructors to easily print activity sheets on their own printer for student and instructional use. More information on Digital Downloads can be found by clicking here.
I lost my digital copy of the book? How can I replace it?
Keeping track of the download is the sole responsibility of the customer. We don't provide free replacements, however you are welcome to repurchase at regular price.
I purchased my download and my link is not working.
If it has been under a week, please contact us and we will resend the key. If it has been over a week, but the download key is only valid for available for only 30 days. There are No Refunds for Digital Downloads. Please note: Downloads will expire in 30 days.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
