Digital Book Purchase Policy

Treat this download like a physical book purchase. If a physical book is lost, then there is no replacement. The same is true for a digital download. It is your responsibility to for follow the instructions of creating a PDF file so that your purchase is covered as there will be no replacements or refunds provided. That said, download the book from the provided link and create a PDF document. Email the PDF document to yourself so that if and when your computer crases, you can have the PDF that was emailed to yourself as a back-up.

Digital keys are only supplied once per time purchased. Additional copies and/or replacement copies for keys for e books will not be provided. Please keep track of your digital copy and DOWNLOAD it to your computer, print it out and put it in a binder so that you have a physical copy of your purchase as soon as you open the file as additional keys will be charged regular price. This e-book file is like a physical copy of a book. Once you have received your digital copy, it is your responsibility to keep track of your link. We do not resend links 7 days after purchase.
